材質為 CF8M 的不銹鋼蝶閥在使用過程中出現銹蝕現象。奧氏體不銹鋼經正常熱處理后,室溫下組織應為奧氏體,耐蝕性能很好。為了分析蝶閥的銹蝕原因,在其上取樣進行分析。

1 試驗方法

2 試驗結果及分析

2.1 化學成分

2.2 金相分析

2.3 熱處理試驗分析

2.4 SEM 分析
