1 概述

蝶閥是給水排水管路系統中的一個重要裝置隨著工業技術的進步,對蝶閥的結構及性能提出了不同的要求。因此,在設計及選用時應根據工況條件,對其類型、材料和連接形式等做出合理的選擇。

2 設計

2.1 結構

2.6 結構長度

蝶閥的結構長度向短系列發展,但這樣的做法要慎重。因為結構長度太短對強度有影響。國際標準對法蘭蝶閥短系列結構長度做出了規定,但是壓力較高的閥門結構長度不宜改短,否則會出問題,尤其是鑄鐵等脆性材料。

3 選用

3.1 類型

蝶閥有單偏心、斜板式、中線型、雙偏心和三偏心等不同結構。介質壓力通過蝶板作用在閥軸及軸承上,因此在高壓小口徑流阻很大時,其軸徑和蝶板厚度都相應增加,如果采用閘閥球閥截止閥,從密封及流阻等方面分析比采用蝶閥合適。

近幾年來,在水系統中軟密封閘閥的出現改善了閘閥容易沉淀泥沙的缺點,其流阻比較小,可以在線維修,用于中小口徑非常合適,因此逐漸得到了應用。

3.2 密封副

金屬密封蝶閥的主要優點是密封可靠、壽命長、耐高溫,不易損壞和撕裂,承壓能力高。因此近些年來應用較多,尤其用于工程系統的關鍵部位。橡膠軟密封蝶閥如果設計制造優良可以得到很好的密封,而且大口徑容易做到在線換圈。但是橡膠存在老化問題,只能用于溫度不高的工況條件下,因此廣泛應用在自來水及供水系統。
