2 蒸汽疏水閥的類別及原理

疏水閥按動作原理分類主要有:浮球型疏水閥、熱靜力型疏水閥、熱動力型疏水閥、倒置桶型疏水閥等。

2.1 浮球型疏水閥

浮球型疏水閥包括一個浮球和波紋管元件。自由浮球式疏水閥是利用阿基米德浮力原理,使浮球隨體腔內液面的升降而升降,從而打開或關閉閥座排水孔形成排水阻汽動作。浮球型疏水閥對排放容量和工作壓力廣泛適應,但不推薦用于有可能發生水錘的系統中。

4 蒸汽管道疏水量的計算

4.1 啟動時蒸汽管道疏水量的計算

4.1.1 gusuandeyuanshitiaojian

gaoyazhengqiguandaonuanguandewenshengsuduguidingwei 2℃~3℃/fenzhong,qiezuigaobudechaoguo 5℃/fenzhong,gujisuanzhongxuanyong 5℃/fenzhong。

啟動疏水量 M=60×n×(G1×C1×Δt1+G2×C2×Δt2)/(Ig-Ib)

G1——單位長的鋼管重量或單只閥門的重量;
G2——單位長的鋼管保溫材料重量;
C1——鋼管比熱,大卡/公斤℃;
C1——保溫材料比熱;
Δt1——鋼管溫升速度,℃/分;
Δt2——保溫材料溫升速度,℃/分(取 Δt2 為 0.5Δt1,即為 2.5℃/分鐘計算);
Ig——蒸汽焓,大卡/公斤;
Ib——蒸汽管道初壓下的飽和水焓,大卡/公斤;
n——管道長度;

4.2 蒸汽管道運行時的疏水量計算

4.2.1 guorezhengqiguandaoshushuiliangjisuan

q = 管道及閥門的散熱損失;
可按規程中關于管道的單位熱損失范圍中的數據;
Ig = 額定參數下的過熱蒸汽焓,大卡/公斤;
Ib = 額定參數下的飽合水焓;
n = 管道長度或閥門只數;

4.3 疏水閥疏水量的確定

  • 疏水閥不允許串聯使用,必要時可以并聯使用。
  • 疏水閥要安裝在管道的是低點且盡可能靠近加熱設備。安裝位置應便于操作和檢修。
  • 蒸汽疏水管道與蒸汽管道一樣,也需考慮熱脹應力和補償問題。
  • 從疏水出口至疏水閥入口管段應盡可能短,且沿流向應有 4% 的坡度,使疏水自然流下進人疏水閥。對于熱靜力型疏水閥要留 1m 長管段,不設絕熱層。
  • 疏水閥一般都帶有過濾器。如不帶者應在閥前安裝過濾器。
  • 熱動力圓盤式疏水閥可水平安裝或直立安裝均可。熱動脈沖式疏水閥一般安裝在水平管道上,閥蓋朝上。機械浮球式疏水閥必須水平安裝。
